We want you to be happy with Bar Buddy List. If you're not satisfied with your subscription, you can request a full refund within 30 days of your purchase date.

How to request a refund

Refunds are processed by our payment provider, Paddle, who is the Merchant of Record for all Bar Buddy List orders. To request a refund:

• Visit paddle.net and look up your order using the email address you used at checkout, or
• Contact Liquid Alchemy LLC through in-app support and we'll forward your request to Paddle.

After the 30-day window

After 30 days, refunds are reviewed case by case. You can cancel your subscription at any time from your account — cancellation stops future renewals and you'll keep access until the end of the current billing period.
